"Upon arrival found unit no secured to the cabinet, screws was coming of, because the pice of cabinet is broken causing, this pice to be loose. This is something we not fix, because customer wants me to adjust the pice of the cabinet. The screws customer mentioned on the report, arent from the unit, are from the upper portion of the cabinet. Readjust the unit in other anchor position, retest the unit and now dont tilt forward and is secured. Job complete"

"Upon arrival found unit shutting off by itself, when customer cook for a long period of time. Check the unit and fan orientation, found the fan on the correct way but damper door, not open all the way, because was stuck on the exhaust adapter, causing bad air flow. Readjust the damper and adapter, retest the unit and now is working properly. Job complete"
