Two separate issues. First issue is that unit will not make ice. Second issue is that led lights went out. Put into diagnostics and ran test 56. No error codes present on icemaker. Ran test 45 and icemaker filled with no issues. We have already replace icemaker and valve. Will order and replace main control. Control is not sending signal to icemaker. "Visual and physical inspection leaded me to a unit that is connected to an RO water filtration system that is 2 years old and has not been serviced, therefore, water pressure has diminished substantially. Checked the water fill for ice maker and was frosted up. Also the water line from the under the sink to fridge comes from 1/4 vinyl to SS braided water hose and then goes back to 1/4 again before connecting to fridge. So I called GE support to document and spoke with Daniel, whom after listening to my explanation of issues recommended to either have the RO system service to resume normal water pressure or eliminate it completely from fridge. Also recommended installing a water fill tube kit and make sure that all water issues have been addressed before installing the kit.; ordrng 1 WR49X45545 (Fill tube kit)"

"JB out 9/18/24Customer states refrigerator and freezer are not as cold as they should be. Customer has installed digital and mechanical thermostats in both refrigerator and freezer. Upon arrival found freezer customer supplied digital thermostat is 15.3°F, mechanical hand tag is 15 for the first one and 16° for the second. Install field peace, digital voltmeter with temperature capability indicating 18.5° in freezer upon arrival. Calibrated on site field peace voltmeter and adjusted to proper calibration. Took freezer temperature reading again freezer temperature fluctuated and finally dropped as low as 7.9°F. In the refrigerator compartment, the customer install digital thermometer reads 44°F. The customer installed mechanical hangtag Thermostat reads 32 for the first one and 34 for the second one. My field piece digital voltmeter red 53.0° in the refrigerator. After calibration of fieldpiece Walto meter refrigerator temperature dropped as low as 37.9°F Fahrenheit. Customer had refrigerator offset temperature set at refrigerator 33°F freezer 0°F. Per Eric S at appliance repair specialist install replacement compressor. Removed original compressor and dryer. Installed replacement compressor and replacement dye dryer. Vacuum sealed system is required. Installed factory listed refrigerant charge of 5.50 ounces of refrigerant R 134 a . reassemble it and tested operation. Unit seems to be operating as designed. No charge to customer as AIG has approved compressor replacement. Job complete. ; schdld next appmnt for 9/18 WED !"

A new RH door for FF section has been replaced

Replaced door assembly and strike. Door is opening and closing properly at this time. Complete.

Sealed the cabinet and then replaced the door. Made sure there wasnt any gaps in the unit .

Removed and replaced drier 3 way valve both evaps. Removed and replaced harness control motor and all parts ordered. Ran vacuum. Held vacuum. Charged w proper refrigerator r134a. Unit now working. Cx to wait 24 to 48 hours for proper temps.

Install the new damper door on the unit. Retest the unit and now unit is working properly. Job complete

Installed replacement Timer and Knob.Reassembled control panel Tested operation with customer.NO CHARGE TO CUSTOMER.JOB COMPLETE

Installed new compressor and new evaporator. Pulled vacuum to 500um recharged system with 53g of r600 retested unit now cooling as designed job completed

After replacing the tube come to find out there was a crack in it and was the reason for the water dispenser leaking. After replacing the hose the unit is now stoping the water after dispensing. All functions are now working. Job completed.

Replacing parts needed. Every part was replaced. Customer is going to give it 24 hours are so. So when unit is at its loudest during the day or night. Removed and replaced units evaporator cover assembly which includes evaporator fan and thermostat. Unit should regulate to proper temp. Job complete.

Customer concerned with shaking and leak at rear of unit. I found that the unit just had suspension replaced and is still working as designed. I found that the leak was detergent caused by when the last tech lifted the top with the bulk dispenser installed and all the detergent leaked onto the drain pan. Washer tests good.

Unit making loud noise during cycle. I found failed evaporator fan motor causing loud noise. Removed and replaced evaporator fan motor. Tested unit. All tests good. ; used 1 WP2315549 (EVAP FAN MOTOR) from stock

Cx stated unit would not cool stay at 85 degrees removed old unit on blanket and skid plate installed new unit also skid plate and blanket hooked up water no leaks Purge water system tested unit unit working properly both disclaimer were also signed

Cx states water dispenser sometimes doesnt work. Dispenser will fail to dispense water once or twice a month. No pattern to failure. Cannot replicate issue. Cx doesnt have video of failure. Cannot diagnose issue without failure. Cx also has concerns about her ice in ice bin melting. Ice door making proper seal. Tested ice door by pooling 2 ounces of water down ice chute. Water didnt leak out. Water stayed in ice chute until I actuated ice door. Ice bin gasket intact and making proper seal. Cx had freezer temperature set to 5 degrees Fahrenheit and rc temp set to 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Freezer product temp 7 degrees Fahrenheit. This is within the 2 degree range. Ice cream is frozen solid. Condenser coils are dirty. Cx has pets. Recommended Cx clean couples to increase performance. Also adjusted set temps to 0 degrees Fahrenheit in fc and 37 degrees Fahrenheit in rc. Unit operating as designed. Job complete.

Trim kit is what is holding up door from opening freely. Cx is missing screws that go with trim kit. This is an install issue. Without trim kit door opens freely. All ops with appliance working as designed.

Cx stated unit does not make much ice and she stated it stops sometimes. Found good fc temp and ice maker cycled. Issue I found was fill tube leaking on left side. Added perma gum to seal. Ask Cx to monitor and report any issues.

Replaced water valve Unit working properly as required

Called techline. Ice maker was removed and replaced. No temperature issues. Unit passed all test. Unit is working as intended.

Found washer not locking found exexively soap removed retested check out ok complete unit has 2 year thrue Costco.

Upon arrival inspected unit found door hinges broken springs popped out replace door hinges tested unit unit is now working as intended. Job complete

Tested unit unit found effective control box. Replaced defective control box and is working properly. Informed client to let unit defrost for 24 hours.

Cx says the water is not dispensing properly. Checked the valve poor water flow. Replaced the water valve. Purged lines. Test passed water is filling properly.

Cx stated that sometimes during the spin cycle the drain hose moves slightly. Stan pipe has a 90 degree bend that prevents drain hose from sitting properly in the Stan pipe.
