Tenant said that landlord told them it was broken. I tested dishwasher and everything is working as designed. No problems found with dishwasher. I did find that the air gap is not installed in sink and just sitting under cabinet. A soap dispenser was installed in the air gap location but the plumbing was not corrected for the soap dispenser install. Issue is with customers plumbing not dishwasher. Dishwasher tests good. I left dishwasher unplugged since it leaks water through uninstalled air gap.

Will verify checks in service pointer on return visit. Customer asked me about where the air filter went. Installed air filter and showed customer where it was located and how to replace. Also customer had concerns about the ice coming out broken up instead of in full cubes. Informed customer to dump her ice bucket once a week if she doesnt get much ice.
