"Customer states the unit is not washing correctly, wringing out clothes correctly and it gets hot. Found the drain line was in the standpipe too far. All the fault codes are dealing with usage issues. The drain line will cause the drain error and pressure errors. Unbalanced loads can cause the unit to not finish a cycle . That fault happened about 40 x . Set drain line and had the office translate that I thought detergent, selected water levels and the drain line was the cause of their issues. The unit passed fill, agitate, spin and drain tests. Customer will try advice and call if this does not fix their issue."

JB out 6/28/23. Customer states washer does not fill or does not fill with enough water. Instruct customer about current model H.E. ( High Efficiency) washing machines that fill with small amounts of water as mandated by the US government. Tested washer in Normal/ Medium cycle. Discover that the HOT water supply faucet was closed. Custer states that HOT water is not used. Opened HOT Faucet and instructed that the onboard computer must detect both Hot and Cold water supply or the wash cycle may be canceled automatically.tested wash cycle again on Tap Cold and found very low volume of water flow. Removed cold water from faucet to verify cold water volume from the faucet is very low. Recommend calling a licensed plumber to correct the cold water flow issue.No charge to customer. JOB COMPLETE

After installing the compressor it is now turning on. Was able to see temp drop. It will take 24 to 48 hours for the unit to get back to normal temps. I vacuumed out the system and changed to 56g of r600a. No leaks found. Job completed.

Unit turning off randomly. Customer had video of problem. I ran diagnostic to test DC circuit for shorts. I removed deli display to see if water or moisture was evident on board. I removed board and didnt see water damage but I did see a wire that was kinda backed out of connector. That connector would cause random shutdowns. I secured wire. All tests good.
