"File number is 7740172602. I called tech line because the fuse is opening when the door is closed. If I leave the door open the fuse is ok and I can use the door control but as soon as I close the door the fuse opens. I called tech line to make sure the wire were hooked up properly and they were. On arrival inspected unit and found unit with ice selection button on user interface is not working correctly. Also ice selection paddle was getting stuck. Checked auger and auger connections auger. Motor was working as intended. No corrosion replaced both water and ice paddle and user interface tested unit unit is now working as intended. Advise customer if they have any more issues to give us a call back job complete.

"Upon arrival found unit no producing any ice, check the unit and temperatures are correct on both compartments. Check the unit on test mode 56 and as an error code E2, this about motor no finding the home position. Replace the ice maker on the unit, and found the unit has a reverse osmosis on the back for filtration. Inform the customer this is going to affect the ice production, because the low pressure water as a the output. Test the water dispenser and it takes 18 seconds for 8 oz, this test without filter for the unit. Inform the customer the proper pressure need to be at least 50 psi. Retest the unit and now unit doesnt have any more error code and is cycling correctly. Job complete"
