Techline recommended replacing harness and capacitor. Replaced harness and capacitor, issue persists. Replaced control, issue persists. Called techline a second time. Measured resistance of actuator at control. Resistance out of range at control and at the actuator. Actuator has failed. Replaced capacitor because it was out of range. Replaced lower harness because it was having continuity issues and connectors were rusted. Actuator failed because it got wet. Water is coming from Stan pipe thats been backing up for what seems like an extended period of time. Paint is chipping of wall due to constant moisture. Documented all this on second call today with WPL techline. Warranty will cover repairs under accidental damage this time around. After replacing the main control I recalibrated the unit. After that I ran a diagnostic cycle and all functions working as normal. Collected full amount of 308.68 on initial visit. All functions restored and working properly after repair. Job completed.

Upon arrival made reapair for recall on Zline With Z line repair kit replaced orifice added spacer and new shield tested unit. Unit tested under 800 PPM during bake and broil test. All operations are normal now advise consumer if they have any more issues to contact the line customer relations.job completed

"F5E3 fault code, which is a door lock failure. First thing I did was level and lock the legs to make sure the machine was no longer vibrating and then I checked on the situation with the door lock. The lock mechanism wasnt working because the blue wire to the door lock motor was pulled out. I pushed the pin back in the place is not working."

After replacing the flame sensor the gas valve is now coming on when asked. The valve is now cycling and coming on every time. All functions tested ok after repair. Job completed
