Switched off turntable option and verified. Intermittent noises run away. Removed turntable glass and drives shaft. Found shaft was rubbing causing intermittent noise. Applied small amount of lubricant to driveshaft. Reinstall driveshaft and turntable glass. Found the unit passed the airflow test but I do recommend having it cleaned out. The manufacturer recommended doing that every two years to maintain drying performance. Found a loose connection at the assist coil and after reconnecting the coil the heat is now restored. All functions now tested ok. Reached 155 on high and the exhaust vent. "JB Out 9/20/24Customer states refrigerator operates properly, but freezer section intermittently defrosts, and frozen items melt. Upon arrival, found refrigerator compartment operating properly but items and freezer are partially defrosted. Install General Electric Smart HQ diagnostic tool verified freezer evaporator for 45.7°F. Customer states unit will defrost and then refreeze solidly and properly. Install replacement main control part number WR55X46945. Reassembled unit tested operation again using SmartHQ diagnostic tool after 20 minutes found freezer evaporator therm temperature at 20.5° and trending downward. Condenser coils and found clean. Also found refrigerator upper left hand and upper right hand doors not aligned and possibly not sealing properly. Properly aligned upper left-hand and upper right hand doors to seal and closed properly. no charge to customer. Job complete.Note customer has not had waterline for icemaker and waters dispenser installed to a water supply. This is the customer choice."
