"F4E1 heater fault code, cleared fault code,verified at the heater connector J3-1-2 that resistance matched the new heater at 16.9 ohms, verified that the control board is sending 120v to the heater in diagnostics, contacted techline and was advised to check the ATC connector at the board and noticed that the connector to the ATC sensor was loose wasnt fully inserted onto the board, ohmed out ATC and verified it has good resistance, reconnected and ran a quick wash cycle, cycle completed with No error codes. Unit stopped cooling after sealed system repair. I pressurized system and used soap and bubbles on connectors. I found leak at rear lockring connector. I cut connector out and sleeved. Charged back up with 68g of R600. All tests good.

"Door mullion not working properly, the customers floor is not leveled underneath the unit (rocks very easily). Because the floor not being leveled, the units frame is not 100% squared. Door handles are loose. Pointed the floor issue to the customer, advised them the floor needs to be addressed for best results. Raised left front foot,tightened door handles. Checked ops, the door mullion is engaging the catch better, and is opening and closing properly, the unit still rocks side to side easily, but it is because the homes flooring underneath the unit. Customer was blocking air ways by pushing items all the way against the rear wall, educated the customer on air flow inside the unit, and advised them not to push the items all the way against the rear wall."
