"Unit with no power at all customer said the unit had just lost power for some reason and stopped cooling removed user interface on pantry drawer found corrosion and water inside pantry UI compartment, which could have caused a low-voltage short, causing the unit to not turn on anymore and power down advise the consumer of this and advised him that I could just disconnect the harness at this time to see if we can fix this issue. He was OK with with that I disconnected. The harness unit is now cooling as intended put unit into diagnostics unit passed all test all fans, icebox fan freezer fan and refrigerator fan are all working as intended advised customer that they have any more issues to please give us a call back. Advised customer that service call is good for 30 days."

"Upon arrival found unit with error code F5E3 and F0E3, this about lid not lock and overload. Erase codes and retest the unit. Check the unit and found the door is damage on the left side and the hinge on the right is no longer good. Call tech line and report this situation. Additional found the problem with water constantly filling is because the hot water valve is damaged, and all the time is open. This unit will need new lid, hinges and water valve assembly.
