"Found there was 3 error codes stored. F7e5 f7e1 and f7e3. All errors had to do with the shifter or sensing of the actuator. I found the cam assembly not sliding freely so I replaced that and the actuator sent because the arm on the actuator was broken. I ran a recalibration cycle and the new actuator was making a very loud noise and not shifting. I used the one I have truck stock and it is now working properly. I ran a dlms calibration and an auto test and all functions were restored. Job completed. ; used 1 W10913953 (Actuator), and 1 W10721967 (Cam) from stock"

"Upon arrival customer states the unit dont spin, check the unit and found an error code F7E3, this about basket engaged during wash. Check the unit and the problem is the actuator is not moving properly causing the unit no go to wash or spinning mode. Replace the actuator from truck stock on the unit. "Upon arrival inspected unit customer stated that unit will only since I put unit into diagnostic Scott an F7 E4 error code, which is basket cannot reengage put unit in diagnostic cycle unit did not want to shift and made a lot of noise trying to shift. I tried to remove stater not state or nut is seized onto stater and motor. Also tried to remove wash plate to see if there was anything lodged in there. Wash plate is seized onto transmission shaft. Both motor and wash plate will need to be cut off in order to make this repair ordering a stater, a rotor slider assembly a clutch a thrust washer, a gear case assembly, a spanner nut and a wash plate job. I need a two job count and a pre-authorization.; ordrng 1 W10915700 (Stater) and 1 W10915701 (Rotor) and 1 W10734521 (Slider assembly) and 1 W10754448 (Clutch) and 1 W11553312 (Thrust washer) and 1 W11449841 (Gear case) and 1 W11551646 (Spanner nut) and 1 W10902814 (Wash plate)"
