"JB out 4/8/23. Customer states frost and ice is building in freezer compartment and refrigerator. Compartment is warmer than normal. Upon arrival found unit level and freezer door not closing smoothly. Adjusted cabinet level front feet so that unit now leans 1 to 2° backwards, giving the doors a better inclination to close. Removed freezer door and applied silicone grease to upper and lower hinge to promote an easier slide for the door to close. Reassembled and tested both doors now. Close smoothly and evenly, allowing for proper door seal. Verified customer is not over loading the product. No parts used or needed. No charge to customer. Job complete."
