Unit not draining. Customer noticing water at the bottom of the dishwasher. Informed customer of drain hose not having a high loop causing water to go back into the dishwasher. Put high loop to dishwasher drain hose and instructed customer they need a C bracket to keep the hose installed where it is. Also found unit leaking water at the shut off valve. Informed customer that water valve under sink needs to be repkaced due to a leak.

"JB Out 7/30/22. Verified Washer begins cycle, magnetic clutch clicks repeatedly and washer shut off stable washer cycle complete within of only a few minutes. Removed motor rotor assembly. Certified failed slider, magnetic band no longer permanently mounted and moves out of alignment preventing engagement with motor rotor. Install sliders assembly part number W10734521. Reassembled unit and tested operation in bulky items Cycle with washload. Verified normal operation. Found customer using HE turbo Pods. Advise customer against HE turbo as it is to highly concentrated for this high-efficiency, low fill washing machine. advise against using any PODS. Recommend customer use their choice of powder or liquid of detergent and very, very small enough typically that of one measured teaspoon maximum. No charge to customer. JOB COMPLETE"
