Recommend using only General Electric Genuine water filter part number MWPF. No parts used today. No charge the customer. Job complete.

Unit is freezing as designed.Advised customer that it is normal fro the LH and RD Exterior cabinet walls to be warm or even hot to the touch.Instruct this free standing Freezer is a Warm Wall unit and the condenser coils that dissipate heat are embedded within the cabinet walls. This is normal.NO CHARGE TO CUSTOMER JOB COMPLETE
