"Customer purchased the unit at Lowes. A sealed system repair was attempted on the unit. The customer was told it was a working unit . The customer plugged in the unit , 24 hours later it was still warm. Unit was unplugged when I arrived. Plugged in unit and found the compressor would start and stall. Removed unit cover and checked voltages. The compressor was running consistently until I tried to fully remove the back cover the compressor stalled but the condenser fan was still running. While testing I found manipulating the connector and harness that go from the cord to the cabinet I could get the compressor to stutter . Adjusted conductors and plugged in unit the pressures were 90H/-10L. When I connected the unit back in it started running consistently, I started getting cooling and then it went into defrost. Instructed customer to leave the unit plugged in with water bottles inside and let the unit run for 24 hours and check it. If it is. Of cooling to call for service."

Checked operations unit temperatures are correct customer has a small refrigerator and a lot of the return vents in shelves are overstaffed where air cant travel correctly and will cause things to freeze in the top section which is the complaint unit is working as designed temperatures were at 37° 38° in most areas counter depth refrigerator is a small refrigerator for 10 people to live out of advise to make sure all the back walls are clear from products so it could move the air around correctly throughout the refrigerator
