Removed all foods from freezer removed back wall found cumulation of ice built and being hit by the fan blade. Remove the ice obstruction. Icemaker was leaking water downward due to not being leveled properly. Unit was actually leading forward. Reassembled freezer compartment reinstalled shelving. Properly leveled cabinet to give us slight inclination backwards, so the doors closed and sealed better. And this will ensure that the will be no more water leak downward. No parts used or needed. "JB out /22/24.Customer states washing machine does not complete cycle sometimes and will display F8E1 indicating long water fill detected. Upon arrival, Ran diagnostics cleared store error codes. Manually tested cold water and hot water. Fill rates. Found hot water entry washing much slower than cold water. Removed hot water hose cleared screens, reassembled inspected water, valves connections in control panel and found loose Molex plug connector to hot water valve. Corrected loose connection. Reassembled control panel and tested operation again. Verified water fill in both hot and cold water. Temperature selections are now filling to the correct level at the correct rate leaving preventing the F8E1 error code from reoccurring. Recommend customer use only HE detergents any brand powder or liquid with a maximum of one measured teaspoon. Recommend against HE turbo detergent as it is too highly concentrated for this low fill high efficiency washing machine. No parts used. No charge to customer. Job complete."

"Unit wont drain. Cx has dogs. Hair is visible all over unit.Had codes. Codes cleared. F9E1F0E2 F5e2Tested on drain and spin spins but drains slowly. Cx informed me that she had washed a rug that was deteriorating and after would not drain. Cx washes dog blankets and rugs in unit. Lot of hair all over not being cleaned.
