Cx states long dry times and dryer turns off and on. Couldnt replicate intermittent running complaint. Cannot diagnose this issue without being able to replicate issue. Long dry times and clothes wet at end of cycle are due to improperly installed and clogged exhaust hose. Airflow coming out of dryer with hose disconnected is normal but flow is limited when exhaust hose is installed. Removed exhaust hose and cleared lint build up before reinstalling vent hose. Recommended Cx replaced flex hose with semi rigid his and replaced vent on exterior wall with one that doesnt have a wire mesh that will clog exhaust hose. Unit operating as designed. Job complete.
