Arrived and unit was empty and no water inside. I started a cycle to see if unit has soap inside. I think the check valve has failed. Also Cx plumbing is not correct under sink. Unit could be getting water after the drain thru the check valve. I will need to return with valve to repair. Photos of plumbing. Water from disposal side is on an up hill to the trap. Dishwasher drain is connected to opposite side. This is why I think unit needs new valve. Also f10 e2 error code for vent wax motor issues. Replacing both parts to correct issues. "F8E1 long fillUnit is not filling up properly, will need to have plumber fix cold water valve. The cap to turn it is broken and I could see that the cold water is also not extended all the way so proper water flow could happen. It looks like they need to replace the two way valve on there to a smaller one so the cold water cap can turn all the way. Tightened legs so that unit is balanced. All legs were loose, I tighten them and ran diagnostics."
