"JB out 10/10/24.Customer states machine will begin wash cycle and activate sensing wash at beginning. A few minutes later, the machine shuts off in states Washing complete.Removed machine motor rotor and slider somebody. Found defective slider assembly. Magnetic strip has moved lower and is no longer shifting properly. Install replacement slider assembly W10734521. Torqued motor rotor in place with proper torque specification. Tested washer in normal cycle. Verified unit fill and agitates. Cancel cycle, diagnostics and verified units spins at proper high-speed spin. Unit unit is now repaired Customer turbo liquid detergent. Recommend highly against HE turbo detergents as they are too highly concentrated for this low, high efficiency washing machine. Recommend purchase powder or liquid detergent with the ICON HE ONLY. RECOMMEND AGAINST USE OF HE TURBO AS IT IS TOO HIGHLY CONCENTRATED. Recommend customer use HE only detergent, any brand powder or liquid with one measured teaspoon maximum. NO CHARGE TO CUSTOMER. JOB COMPLETE"

Found the evap cover has a note card sized frost or droplets occurring. I found after removing the cover the heater was not installed properly from the factory and it was pushing up against the evap cover and I believe that is what was causing the ice to form. I took photos of before and after for reference. Also the customer didnt mention it but I noticed a loud noise coming from the unit. I removed the compressor cover and found the condenser tubes rubbing against the bottom panel where the compressor mounts. I used the insulation that was already attached I just moved it to a more suitable location. The noise level is now normal and the evap cover is now sealing well. Please bill out whirlpool for secondary failure. Last time the unit was not defrosting and that was fixed. Temps in the freezer are at 0 and refrigerator at 36. Job completed.

"Upon arrival, inspected unit customer stated, found, making loud, buzzing noise. I turned on the fan the fan would make a very loud, buzzing noise. I inspected the air flap on top of the microwave, found that it was stuck possibly got stuck during installation, was able to adjust it and fix venting unit is no longer making loud buzzing noise tested microwave. Microwave is heating as intended. Fan is now working as intended. Pan was also not completely screwed into cabinet of actual microwave for missing one screw added a screw"

Cleared faults, ran a drain spin cycle and the unit showed a7-1 an 7-9 error code when I checked for faults air found a 0-9 after that the unit would not enter service mode. Checked out unit and had low heat in unit. Checked for codes. F2 e1 popped up. Ran cycle again and checked vent out side and felt cool. Pulled unit away from wall. Vent had a restriction dent kink in vent tube. Had to reroute vent so when dryer goes back in it doesnt kink. Tested vent off and tested back on after fix. How its getting hotter in unit so now its working as designed. Job completed
