"JB out 9/7/24.Customer states several times the washing machine has walked away from the wall and has caused the drain plastic pipe to disconnect from the drip pan. Upon arrival found washer machine sitting in plastic, drip pan and looking behind washing machine verified drain pipe connected drain pan has disconnected. Tested washer and normal cycle upon arrival with no clothing in wash tub , verified water. Fill and agitation. Verified your operation and operating sound. Cancel cycle and allowed unit to enter drain and spin. Verified correct drain and spin operation observed water washing machine and observed washing the spin cycle very quietly and smoothly. Ask customer to load washing machine normally. Observed customer load enough clothing in the washing machine for wash loads. Allowed clothes to get wet and agitate. Cancelled cycle. Selected Drain and Spin to demonstrate by just dropping laundry into the wash tub this will produce an OFF BALANCED spin cycle causing loud noises and the washing machine to shake and walk away from the wall. Removed all clothing. Properly loaded clothing back into the wash tub by dropping garments one article a time in loose heaps evenly around the outer edge PF the WASHPLATE. Visual and physical inspection plus accessing diagnostic showed error code F8 E4 that refers to an open float switch.Have replaced it and a successful functional testing was achieved.

Icemaker took longer to make ice after my repair because fridge was turned off for a long time.having the fridge off made it take longer to make ice because coldness had to build back up.not a recall.

Asked Cx to try again without pre rinsing dishes with water/ no dish soap. If it reoccurs instructed Cx to run unit prior to visit to be able to back track, unit not leaking at time of visit."

Customer stated that the unit defrosted ice and temps went warm. I tested unit and all thermistors test good in diagnostic. Temps today were normal. I adjusted doors to seal better and adjusted temps and defrost settings in diagnostic. All tests good.

Unit not cooling. I found temps are about 10 degrees off and evaporator fan motor was not running at full speed. I verified that the compressor is coming on and produces a frost pattern. Removed and replaced evaporator fan motor. All tests good.

Installed new lock and retested unit now working as designed job completed

Explained again that too much detergent suds prevent all water from draining from the wash tub in the time that the electronic control allows for draining.After 10 minutes of wash time, canceled wash cycle. Selected Drain &Spin and in presence of customer observed all water drain from wash tub.Selected Towels cycle and DEEP FILL option. Observed water fill and washer agitate towels.Found and corrected drain hose crimped restricting flow of water exiting washer. Tested a Third wash load of towels with DEEP FILL option selected. Verified proper water fill, agitation , drain and spin.No parts used. No charge to customer for correcting restriction in drain hose. JOB COMPLETE"

Found center burner not igniting the griddle. Cleared burner head unit now working properly.

Unit not powering on. I found voltage to main control but main control not responsive. I tested for shorted pump. Pump not shorted. Removed and replaced main control. Tested all functions. All tests good.

"JB out 9/7/24.Upon arrival found customized shelving in laundry room removed dryer pushed away from wall and disconnected from exhaust ducting, gas supply line and electrical supply upon arrival.Disassembled dryer and install replacement gas valve coil kit part number 279834 cut off part number WP 8573713. Reassemble unit and tested operation. Verified hot surface gas igniter now operates, but unit does not ignite because gas supply line cannot be connected back to dryer. Advised customer whoever removed the gas supply line crushed and it must be replaced. This is the responsibility of the homeowner. Also the exhaust ducting for inch tubing has been crushed and must be reformed to be able to fit on the exit of the dryer exhaust. Demonstrated for surface now operates as designed and turn it on dryer at night and heat. No charge to customer. Job complete"
