Found unit beeping. Found unit with a locked rotor. Repaired the lock rotor and tested unit. Ran unit through multiple test cycles. Found no further issues. Unit drained filled washed no problems with no beeping. Informed customer that excessive soap can be the cause of the beeping due to throwing off water level sensor which in turn can make the unit think there is water inside when there isnt any resulting in a long drain error code. Or sensing theres no water when theres actually to much water. Informed customer that new soap are enzyme based. Not chemical based meaning dishes need to remained slightly soiled to help break down the soap suds or over sudsing will occur. Informed customer to run a full cycle with no soap to ensure all remaining excessive soap is removed.

Complaint unit was not cooling on both sides. Cx stated that the unit is now working. She had unplugged unit and waited to plug back in. After a while after plugging in it started working. Freezer and fresh food sections were both not working per client. Now working properly. Ice maker was in the off position Turned onCx to wait 72 hours for full bin. Should make ice tonight. Checked unit and unit is operating as designedAdvised to keep an eye on unit if issue happens again call in. All ops normal.
