Inspected unit and sure enough ther is gas leaking from rear two valves when pressed down to ignite. It is very minimal but I can really smell it. Also the knobs do not have a stop causing them to slid down and cant be turned. Valve shafts are crooked and leaking. Need to follow up with parts when available. Extra time needed. Unit needs to be removed and has down draft attached. Couldnt adjust door height by raising left side of rc. Neither left nor right rc doors had any adjustment screw. Will need washers to raise left door. The uneven door is a contributing fracture to moisture buildup. There is also a gap between the cabinet and liner on bottom section of rc. I siliconed this gap. Couldnt find part number for washer needed to raise door. Will pseudo appointment to inquire with WPL. ; schdld next appmnt for 10/15 TUE !

"The customer stated they used the unit 4 times since the last visit when I could not duplicate a leak. It leaked the first two to times, enough to soak a towel. The unit is running now without dishes. It is not leaking and there is no excess suds inside the unit. I feel either there is dishwashing detergent left on some dishes or an item is diverting water over the front of the water dam in front of the unit. The unit completed the cycle without leaks the kickplate damper is not wet. Replaced kickplate."
