Found the dryer not cycle the gas valve. Found a loose connection at the gas coil. I reinstalled and ran a cycle. The valve is now cycling on and off as normal. On high the temp reaches 165 and then cycles back at 130. The heat is now restored. I then ran a vent test. I recommend because there tapping against customers has lived in the new home for 4 years to get the duct cleaned. The manufacture recommended once every two years. All functions of the dryer were restored after reconnecting the gas coil. Job completed.

"Unit is not making a screeching gearcase noise. Its just having issues staying balanced. I found the drive hub was reemed out and needed replacing. Unit is installed on a wobbly mobile home floor. I suggested to our Cx that they reinforce the floor with a sheet of thick plywood under he unit to help with the excessive movement. I also, suggested that they separate bulky items from normal wash to help keep the unit balanced during cycles."

Gasket tearing and falling apart. Barely pulled gasket rubber and it fell apart. Replaced gasket. Heated to mold and tested. Unit is working properly. Informed customer to leave door closed for about 2 hours to allow gasket to cool off and hold shape. Customer showed me some rust near left fridge door lower hinge. Informed customer that I could repair that and his bet bet is to apply some silicone to the area to prevent the rust from spreading. Customer approves.
