"Customer stated that there is water in the freezer and in the refrigerator. Found defrost cycle is causing leak drain is obstructed causing water to back up into the freezer and then eventually into the refrigerator. Check the icemaker icemaker cycle. No leaks customer to defrost unit 24 hours of the doors open to clear, defrost drain. Tested all works good at this time."

Found poor connection at the main harness to upper oven temp sensor. Had to adjust the pin so they can make better contact. Now temp sensor is reading the proper temperature. Call complete.
