I told the customer to contact plumber and find out why its not getting to the correct temperature. Tech line also told me that water spots can be caused by them leaving the dishes in the unit for too long after the cycle has completed because water will drip from the ceiling of the unit onto the clean dishes. JB out 8/27/22 Customer states dishwasher will not drain water. Tested dishwasher panel verified water does not leave the dishwasher sump. Recommend customer install And use an air gap device. Further inspection reveals newly installed garbage disposer and knockout plug was not removed. Removed knockout plug as courtesy to customer at no charge. Tested unit again and verified dishwasher now drains properly. Recommend use of a point of use hot water heater to ensure the required water supply temperature of no less than 120°F. No parts used. No charge to customer. Job complete

COULD NOT DOCUMENT WITH WPTS BECAUSE THEY ARE CLOSED ON SATURDAY. Customer has shown me a video of the unit making a sound. I could not pick out anything unusual about the sound recorded on the video. Started a cycle to see if the sound was present. Ran cycles with heat and without heat for about 20 minutes but could not duplicate the sound. Instructed customer to record more sound bites and to contact ARS to send them a copy so other people can listen to see if they can pick out an unusual sound.
