First I was told just remove screws on side and bottom of door, then I was told there were screws underneath choke to access UI. There are no screws underneath the choke. Thin crack appeared when trying to remove plastic choke to access UI. This part is discontinued and cannot be replaced. ALSO the UI I ordered is only for the buttons, not the touchpad. Found the user interface not secured properly. The screw that holds it in place was not tightened out so it was a little difficult to get the door closed and the unit started. I tightened the screw that secured it in place and now the door closes properly. Customer has a cloudless color in the user interface and the door itself. Passed the 30 day cosmetic warranty period so the customer will have to call and get a concession. Customer will call back after concession is given. Unit working ok after repair. Parts needed for cosmetics is W11173823 door. User interface W11175577.
