"Checked the unit complaint unit takes a long time to fill and shuts off without completing the cycle, leaving the clothes, soaking wet, looked at the drain pipe. The drain pipe was 2 feet deep and the drain customer is getting a siphoning affect on the drain due to having the drain line to fart deep end of the drain standpipe due to the nature of the custom install of the washer being on a high pedestal I could not reach the drain line properly to zip tie for the customer. The customer is going to have their own people do. The drain pipe and make sure that only 6 to 8 inches is in the drain and zip tied the unit from being able to move out of the drain washer. Other than that should work as design."

"Upon arrival, inspected thermistor and evaporator fan evaporator fan is working harness seems to be intact. Customers complaint was that there was dripping on the lower shelf in the refrigerator. Normally caused by a clogged drain line. I steamed the drain line it drained well at the moment the unit is working as as intended if problem reoccurs please order W11624942 wire harness with thermistor"

Checking unit. Calling tech line. Unit has multiple codes. Checking for updates. Unit had 8 codes. Update deleted all codes and running a cooling test. 3 codes showed defrost issue thermistor issue and no fan cooling in freezer. 96 is the freezer. Freezer fan is now running. Test 28 27 and 48 and now 96 freezer test. Now fan is running and cooling is going into freezer. Bob with tech line. 11241710. Freezer fan was the issue. Tech line suggested to check on it 24 to 48 hours. Job completed
