"Unit will not unlock lid and was shaking excessive before that. I found that the suspension rods had failed and this caused the basket to bounce during operation. The bouncing basket hit the latch and broke the latch, outer tub and tub ring. Due to new tub being needed the seal on the gearcase will also need to be done to prevent leaking. Ordering latch, tub ring, outer tub, gearcase, belt, and cam. Will use suspension, hub, and agitator on return. Needs autho. Please try for additional labor due to outer tub replacement. Start button not responding. Installed new central electric. Range operating as designed. No gas leak.

Found the main drive pulley stuck and not turning but after the unit warms up the pulley gets going but not rotating properly and making a very loud abnormal sound. I replaced the main drive pulley from the kit sent and all functions are now working properly and rotating much better now. Job completed.

Removed and replaced control and blower moisture sensor. Tested good

"JB OUT 11/13/24Customer states that the dishwasher is taking a very long time to wash and finish.Note: JB out 10/31/24, installed replacement Sump and motor assembly.Tested dishwasher 11/13/24: verified water being supplied to the dishwasher from the house water mounted more that25 feet away from dishwasher is far below the required minimum temperature of no less that 120f.Tested dishwasher normal cycle verified correct water fill and water wash motor operation. Canceled cycle verified drain pump operates as designed. Removed to panel inspection cover. Yellow wire harness tube turbidity sensor had been left unplugged after recent install installation of new sump and motor assembly. This is causing exceedingly long wash times.Properly reconnected turbidity sensor plug. Advise customer for better performance and better drivability purchase install and use a point of use hot water heater located under the kitchen sink adjacent to the dishwasher set to a minimum of 125°F. This will ensure proper drying. of dishes at end of cycle. No parts used or needed. No charge to customer. Job complete."

CX is complaining that the unit wasnt dispensing ice. Upon diagnosis I found the ice maker shut off arm to not be in the right position. I uninstalled and then reinstalled the ice maker properly. I then tested unit after and everything is working as designed at this time.
