F8E1 fault. No water pressure to the washer. Customer stated that the washer spun with the lid up and the washer off. Polarity is correct and the unit is grounded. The lights do dim when the washer starts to spin. This is usually due to a weak neutral. Replaced actuator and Calibrated the washer.
