FD #0201. Idlers came back out. They couldnt adjust the doors to close. Doors will not shut at all and says 73 degrees in freezer. Mark with tech line. Went over the the unit and found the top trim to not allowing the door to close do to install. Went over with tech line and let them know. Trim was removed and doors shut no problem. Reattached trim and popped into place and doors shut right. Unit went into a time out mod so unit will shut off. Tested and waited and freezer is starting to cool. Job completed.

Verified condenser calls are clean. Allowed unit to run and verified cold temperature on low side tubing and hot temperature on high side tubing leading to condenser coils. installed unit compartment cover advise customer to wait 8 to 10 hours to allow for proper cooling before storing perishable foods inside. Note holding onto replacement compressor part number W10903340 until tomorrow to receive verbal confirmation of the telephone from customer that unit is cooling properly. No charge to customer. Customer explained to me issue. They ran unit with 3 small hand towels in it and unit will get off balance and not drain. This is not a big enough load to run. "Had customer show me the breaker to turn of power to the fridge. Turned of breakers to the ones marked kitchen . The dryer that was being used stopped while I was flipping the breaker there was a pop behind the panel and after that there is no power in the home. Customer has found a breaker that was kicked off and reset it. Found a breaker marked kitchen that knocks that breaker out. Left that breaker off and taped it for identification. Replaced control, door switches, evaporator harness and defrost thermostat. Unit cooling currently but the FC had thawed prior to this visit."

"No fault codes were present ran diagnostics cycle, diagnostics completed with no fault codes. Inspected suspension springs and found no wear is present. Customer stated that she doesnt have issues with the washer shaking and only washes 1 full load, she stated that her grandsons state that the washer shakes, I asked her what size of loads they wash and she was not sure but suspects they wash only few items or very small loads. Advised customer that its possible that the load is getting unbalanced causing some shaking. Unit is functioning as designed"
