The customer is not having an issue with the gas leak. Theyre having an issue with carbon monoxide from the oven being used. The carbon monoxide detector is going off in the house and you can see the pictures the gas company verified that it is coming from the oven. the igniter is weak and is causing a long delay to light the oven. "JB Out 12/3/24.Upon arrival found unit pulled forward away from wall, plugged in and running. Customer states about once per 24 hour interval several times now the unit will leak approximately 5 gallons of water onto the kitchen floor in front of the refrigerator. Additionally, there is an intermittent vibration sound , and audible door open alarm sounds regularly. Upon arrival found unit pushed away from wall out of alcove. Took photographs of unit, floor, and front floor on side and floor and back. Please note existing damage to floor, particularly in the back of the refrigerator. This is existing damage. Inspected refrigerator and found upper right hand door switch that controls interior light is pushed inward and does not spring back out, so that the interior lights do not work. Installed General Electric SmartHQ diagnostic to a verified and over abundance of defrost events based on the fact that the computer sees the door open for more than 24 hours at a time. Unable to verify vibration noise at this time. Unable to verify any water on floor at this time. Inspected defrost tube adjacent to right hand side of compressor verified tube is not damaged and is aligned properly.unit is not connected to a water source for ice water.
