Moved the spin basket by hand, ran a drain and spin cycle, the basket started spinning properly. Applied so resistance to the basket, it would not spin, suspect brake and clutch assembly is faulty. Called the technical department to seek advise, they recommend to replace the brake and clutch assembly, and to replace the motor coupler as well. SR 7734605257"

JB Out 9/15/22. Customer states unit will run for hours and hours the clothing will get hot will not dry. Upon arrival to quick pic photograph of model and serial tag. Inspected exhaust vent hood outside the house and found 99% restricted. Recommend customer remove existing vent hood and install a new one with a 4 inch diameter hole which is required for proper exhaust ventilation for this dryer. There is no mechanical problem with the dryer. The vent hood is part of the customers house and is the responsibility of the homeowner to correct this issue. No parts use. No repair needed or made. One time courtesy no charge on a no defect found service call visit. Job complete

Informed customer they should consult with an electrician about the supply voltage. There should be 120 vac between the lines and N and 240vac between both lines for the unit to heat correctly.
