JB out 2/3/23. Customer states unit sometimes shuts off during wash cycle. When this occurs the washer must be unplugged to reset the the cycle operates normally. Upon arrival ran diagnostics and extracted stored error code F0E5- OFF BALANCE LOAD. Cleared code and tested each individual components without fault. Unable to duplicate any mechanical issue at this time. Error code did not return. Advised customer to load clothes evenly around wash plate avoiding clothes covering the center hub as outlined in the supplied use and care guide. Removed heavy lint accumulated from motor rotor. Recommend customer replace existing water supply hoses ( should be removed every 4-5 years to pre d flood from hose failure). Use only he detergent NO HE TURBO.NO charge to customer JOB COMPLETE

Currently the unit needs to be pushed back 2-3 inches in order for the closet door to close. Advised the customer to run the unit a few times before pushing it back to make sure the noise issue doesnt come back. Once the unit is pushed back, advised the customer to use a venting elbow. "Ran diagnostics, no error codes stored. During diagnostics, the unit was noisy while starting the spin test. Accessed the splutch mechanism, the belt was worn down, causing it to slip on the splutch pulley. Replaced the belt, and splutch mechanism. Checked units ops, the unit is working as designed, no longer noisy.; used 1 W10721967 (Cam), and 1 W10006384 (Belt) from stock"
