JB Out 9/22/22 customer states ice and frost is building heavily in the freezer compartment. No issues with icemaker whatsoever. Upon arrival verified freezer door not installed properly leaving one mostly 1/2 inch gap on the left-hand side. Remove a good portion of ice and frost buildup and properly level the unit so that it was no longer leaning forward. Freezer drawer now glides smoothly and closes properly. Customer may choose to manually defrost unit by unplugging unit and removing all perishables for about 24 hours or the frost buildup will naturally defrost in about 3 to 4 weeks time. No parts used. No charge to customer. Job complete
