Recommend customer purchase install and use a point of use hot water heater supplying the dishwasher no less than 120°F. Current water supply is supplying cold water measured at around 52°F and will not clean the dishes properly. Recommend customer contact Home Depot to send back out the installer. Installer has installed this dishwasher with the mounting brackets exposed and leaving a potential to cut hands or fingers when opening or closing the dishwasher. Dishwasher was not installed correctly and it is the responsibility of the installer to correct this issue at no charge of the customer. Remind customer Frigidaire dishwasher warranty covers defects in materials, and workmanship of dishwasher itself. Installation was supplied by an installer chosen by Home Depot and it is the installers responsibility to correct this installation deficiency that opposes a potential danger for cutting the skin. Door handle fell off. I found that the bolt in the door was not installed all the way at factory causing handle set screw to back out. I fixed bolt in door and tightened handle. Not making ice due to faulty valve at wall. Customer to change valve. All tests good.

Unit wasnt doing anything would lock and unlock and then just sit there. Found unit had a faulty actuator. Replaced and tested. Unit is working properly. Customer approves function at this time.
