Upon arrival cx stated oven not heating and microwave timer does not work but still heats. Found unit is getting a F6E4 error code indicating the HMI is failing to communicate with the appliance manager. Unit will need new appliance manager and Control panel. Quoted customer for repairs and they said landlord is the one responsible for repairs. cx needs to talk to landlord for repair approval.

"Upon arrival found uniit not properly cooling. Found ice ball at the evaporator. Refrigerant not traveling all the way. Pressure tested and found -6 low side and 182 high side. Pressures to high, removed charged and flushed with nitrogen both sides. Pulled vacuum and it held. Recharged system to 47g r600. Unit is now cooling but pressure still remain high on high side to 135. Frost pattern is forming across coils. Unit is cooling . Job complete If issue persists will need to replace evaporator again."
