"JB out 3/7/25Customers concern of a potential piece of metal wedge between the agitator and the wash tub. Further inspection finds a penny stuck between the agitator and wash tub. Properly removed penny. Found agitator screw hole down loose allowing room for coins to fall in between. Properly tightened agitator hold down screwed. Tested operation spin cycle. Verified proper drain and spin functions. Door lock, activates and deactivates. No parts use or needed. No charge to customer. Job complete."

Latch required replacement. Unit is leveled properly. All 4 feet are securely touching the ground. Suspension past compression and rebound tests. Off balance loads Are being caused by damaged GEAR case. gearcase has a grinding sound when free spinning by hand. All lower components minus the drain pump are covered in oil and will require replacement as well. Will send out for authorization with the warranty company.
