"Upon arrival found unit with error code F0E3, this about overload. Erase the code, and check the unit for the concern of water leaks and noises when spinning. Found on the lower portion the screw for the rotor loose causing the noise complaint. Readjust the screw and now is working. Check the water leak and found the every time the water valves change from hot to cold or vice versa the water is shot out on the top of the rig tub. This is causing more leak when the clothing is heavier because the drum goes more down and water shutter estate on the same position. Inform this to the customer and reduce the water problem to the machine to solve this problem. Job complete"

Found both compartments very warm. Freezer at 59 and the refrigerator at 73 respectively. I gained access to the compressor and found the compressor is so hot I burned my hand on it. Also I tapped into the system and the low side was at 58 psi positive. Its supposed to be at zero. I put the unit into the home position and left it unplugged.
