Found the unit had two error codes. Most recent being f8e1. Found the pressure dome blocked. I blew through the pressure hose to clear it out. This pressure dome is built into the tub assembly itself. I moved the filter for the drain and didnt find any obstructions. I reinstalled all panels and connections and now the unit is able to do a cycle. I ran diagnostic and removed the error codes and ran a diagnostic cycle. All functions now tested ok. Job completed.

Found the heater and thermostat checked at 14.4 ohms from the control itself. I replaced the control and ran a diagnostic cycle. All functions tested properly after replacing the control. Gave customer best tip and practices on getting the best results from the dishwasher. Needs rinse aid. Also the temp of the water needs to be the minimum of 120 degrees at the start of the dishwasher. All functions restored. Job completed.
