Mullion in the middle of the unit is hot to the touch. Side of the fridge in freezer side is very very hot also. Clark with tech line. Units fan came off and replaced fan on there and unit will take 24 hours to cool. File number is 86558281. Vacuumed out rear of unit and reattached fan. Its now working as designed. Customer is going to keep a eye on it. Compressor and condenser fan is working correctly now and is working as designed. Job completed

Found unit to have no codes. Unit seems to be not functioning correctly. Running diagnostics. Technical Service Pointer #: W11531483 unit will not agitate. Agitator is needed W10913953. Splutch W10721967. Customer is going to get a new unit and not repair this one.
