"JB out 3/28/23. Customer states items in the refrigerator section are freezing in the back. Upon arrival verified freezer overloaded and vents from evaporator cover are covered with food products forcing too much freezing cold air down into the refrigerator compartment. Additionally, items in the refrigerator compartment are extending too far in the back and touching the left hand and right hand walls. Recommend reloading freezer, taking care not to block vents on the back wall of the evaporator cover, additionally, avoid pushing food items in the refrigerator section against the back wall or touching the left hand or right hand wall. Also recommend customer unplug the unit from the electrical supply every two months for the life of the product then remove the cardboard, compressor cover and vacuum and brush the condenser coil, clean from lint, dust and pet hair. This maintenance procedure will allow the refrigerator to last longer in consume, less electricity along the way. No parts are needed. No charge to customer. Job complete."

Lower icemaker is not making any ice. Found the fill tube frozen soiled and now see why unit is not producing ice. Robert tech line. Checked fill tube and went to diagnostics on unit. 94 test. Heater for fill tube. Fill tube is recessed back into wall and heater is not working. Unit is going up for review and replacement. Tech line and I did a video showing the fill tube and went over diagnostics. Fill tube is foamed in. Case number is 86218127.

Verified that the refrigerator is cooling and freezer is freezing. Found the airflow within the Fc was set to max which closes the flapper leading to the RC diffuser causing insufficient cold air to enter the RC. Set to minimum which will allow the maximum amount of air into the RC. Refrigerator is functioning as designed.
