Found the drain was clogged and needed to be steamed out. Drain tube was good and valve was good also. Had food in drain tube and clogged it up. Ice buildup on floor of freezer with was not there the last few times. It dripped water every so often. Steamed out and cleaned unit and cleared drain hole to drain pan. Checked out heater and it works. Job completed.

JB OUT 12/27/24Customer states unit displays F8E4 is the displayed and unit shuts down will not run. Upon arrival found F8E4 flashing in display. Remove tow panel access cover and found drip pan below float assembly with water. Remove drip tray and dried off. Ran dishwasher in normal cycle. Verified water leaking from left rear of unit. removed unit from cabinet installation. Ran again and verified water leak from water inlet assembly. Canceled cycle. Found water inlet nut loose.Properly tightened water inlet nut through tank to water in the assembly. Wiped up water below tank.Ran normal cycle. Unit to run for several minutes verified no more water leak. Dry from rear underneath reinstalled unit cabinet installation. Tested unit again in normal wash cycle. Verified no more water leak. Advise customer dishwasher is far below of the required 120°F minimum as outlined in the installation guide supplied by whirlpool.Recommend the installation of use of a point of use hot water heater under the kitchen sink directly adjacent to the dishwasher set to 125°F to ensure no less than 120°F minimum will be supplied to the dishwasher the moment the button is pressed.No parts needed or used. No charge to customer. Job complete

JB out 12/27/24.Customer states refrigerator door is considerably lower than the freezer door and its not closing properly. Upon arrival verified customers concerns. See quick pic photographs taken. Found unit not dispensing water. Found the plastic line that goes from house water line down to the water valve kinked. Routed hose in a way where it would not kink. Unit working properly. The reason for the h2o error was after last service the tech left the pressure hose off of the control. I reconnected that and now the unit is able to fill and sense.
