I replaced the filter housing cover and now it stays in place. The customer did bring up two things for the refrigerator one the filter area was still leaking and the top of the freezer door has foam that came out more then it should of. The cosmetic warranty has passed so i referred them to the manufacture to get a concession for that. I ran the water dispenser with out the filter in and no leaks. I believe the filter is defective. Recommend customer replace filter. Other then that all else checked ok. Job completed.

Ran quick test cycle. Unit completed cycle with no issues. Ran quick wash cycle to replicate issue. Could not replicate issue. Unit is syphoning due to drain hose draining into a bucket. When hose is submerged, its causing the water to drain slower and to syphon back into washer. Told cx they had to install drain hose into standpipe for proper operation. Unit operating as designed. Applied adhesive sealant to the gap, making sure the entire door perimeters were sealed properly. Called the technical department to document.SR7734820046; used 1 WP482338 (Sealer) from stock"
