JB out 12/16/24Customer stated when the wash cycle begins the lid lock but no water enters the wash tub.Tested washer in Normal Cycle. Verified no cold water entering washtub.Opened control panel and found J8 connector from water valves to main control not fully seated into the connector on the main control board.Corrected J8 Connector (now fully inserted into control board connection).Reassembled control panel.Tested again with customer. Verified correct water fill and agitation functions.No charge to customer.JOB COMPLETE
