Arrived at customers house to find washer had approximately 18 minutes left in the cycle. Waited until cycle ended verified all clothes are spun smoothly and water was well extracted leaving clothes ready for dryer. Remind customer to use a 1 teaspoon measuring spoon for detergent and to add more clothes in washer. Washer is designed for a wash load that fills the drum 80-90% full. Ran diagnostics and found no stored error codes. No parts used. No charge to customer. JOB COMPLETE

"F9E1 F6e1 f6e3 f6e4. Called techline to document. File 7733911801. Initially I had an issue with the float switch. It was stuck with debris underneath. After cleaning that out, its now operating as designed. I could not recreate any other problem today. Unit had been serviced recently. Stored codes were likely old. I cleared them and ran through diagnostic test cycle. I noticed that there were suds in the water despite using no detergent. This indicates a rinse aid surplus. I instructed cx on how to adjust he rinse aid dispenser. Cx will keep an eye on it and let us know if problems persists."
