"Cx states washer is leaking into pedestal and UI not functioning properly. Checked for error codes. Codes f5e2(door lock error), f3e1(water level system error), f9e1(long drain), and f8e3(overflow condition) error codes present. Erased codes. Performed automatic diagnostic cycle. Cycle completed without issues. No error codes came back. All codes are due to oversuds condition. Cx is using too much detergent. Checked out unit. Compressor is making a vibrating type noise. So so so hot to the touch. When turned off and then turned back on water came out of dispenser and it was a lot. CX is complaining that the unit wont stop spinning and is smelling a burning smell. Upon diagnosis I found the motor to be extremely hot. I need to call techline and report safety issue. Installed new kit. All functions now working as designed.

After replacing the correct wiring harness the unit is now back to operational. I ran a test cycle and the unit is now heating very well as well as not having the error code again. All functions restored and job completed.

"Upon arrival, replaced dual secondary valve and replaced main inlet valve tested unit unit is not making any noise seems to have pretty good pressure still advising consumer to consult a plumber to get the pressure checked to the house. Unit is dispensing water correctly and filling the ice mold correctly job complete."

Returned replaced defective hinges..designed operation was restored with no leaks.

Unit not heating. Found open thermal fuse. Removed and replaced thermal fuse. Instructed customer to call to have venting cleaned since fuse was open.

Replaced water inlet valve and tested. Unit functions as normal. Water line installed by landlord was correct but water doesnt turn off all the way. Was able to work around it but just wanted to notate.

After replacing all parts listed the unit is now able to spray water around correctly and I checked for leaks. No leaks found and the unit was able to run an entire diagnostic cycle without any issues. All functions restored and job completed.
