File number is 7741239749. Called tech line because the bottom right hand side led module connector was foamed in so it was recommended to splice. After doing so and replacing all the lights in the refrigerator and free the lights are fixed. After i replaced the harness for the pantry user interface was not lighting up. Found the brown wire had no continuity so I repaired the wire and now the pantry display is lighting up and functioning. All functions restored and working. Job completed.

Found the unit had no error codes on arrival I ran a diagnostic cycle and found a noise coming from the drain pump. I removed the drain but but was unable to determine what was in there making the noise. I reinstalled the drain pump and the noise is no longer present. There could have been a loose connection at the drain pump causing the failure. I verified operation by running a diagnostic cycle and all functions are now working properly. Job completed.
