Upon arrival found unit with hose for the drain disconnect from the drain pump. This is causing failure and leak problem on the back of the unit. It looks like they put a pressure clamp and no the right clamp. When they install mix the clamp and use the proper clamp on the hose for the reservoir gravity hose. This was causing the drain hose no old on the right position for the poor strength of the clamp. Job complete Never move the unit from the wall this because the problem was located on the inside of the unit. No need to remove this unit.

Replaced right corner burner head old one was melted and causing over flame also customer was having issues with burner not staying on while in the low position adjusted flames to all 5 burners burners are now staying on while in the low position and working as designed went over with customer customer is now comfortable how her range is working will follow up if she requires any further assistance job complete
