The gas shut off valve at the wall is old, it turns 360 degrees, I had to try different positions to figure out when the gas would be turned on. "The unit was not leveled properly, the frame was not squared up properly, so the unit would be noisy during use. Leveled the unit properly, checked ops, the unit is no longer noisy. The venting hose was crushed at the wall connector, the customer has a washer that was pushed against it, crushing he vent hose. Pointed it out to the customer, advised them to pull the washer a little to the front, for best results to use a venting elbow to help avoid the washer from crushing the hose again. Found the voltage is still not correct at the terminal block. Only two volts from line one to neutral and from line two to neutral is 230 volts. I spoke to the electrician that recently did a repair on the breaker panel and I think he knows how to correct the issue. Still under the 30 day warranty so no changes.
