"Joe #7740516042New board. Upon arrival unit was completely off, checked outlet and was getting 120. Than checked board and found loose connection because once I moved the cables the unit turned on. I checked for voltage and unit shut off. Kept checked voltage and unit has stable 120v during unit shutting on and off. Control board should be replaced. Loose cable cause board to short out.
