Spin test had no action either. Checked under the unit and noted the drain pump has 1 loose fastener. This has allowed it to swing around and damage the harness. The harness has shorted against the gearcase and took out the control. "Cx states compressor is making abnormal noises intermittently. Cx doesnt have recording of sound. Compressor and all fans operational with no abnormal noises. Performed service test 3(damper and evap fan test). Evap fan and damper not making any abnormal noises. Performed test 4. Compressor and condenser fans operational with no abnormal noises. Without being able to replicate the sound or at the very least listen to a recording of sounds, I cannot proceed with any repairs. Rc product temp 37 degrees Fahrenheit and fc product temp 2 degrees Fahrenheit. Both temps are within range of the 37 and 0 degree set points. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete."
