Since scheduling service the customer found out the power outage affected the electrical circuit where the unit is connected, they addressed the electrical issue, the unit started cooling properly. Both compartment lights were out, found the fresh food compartment ceiling light not working properly, replaced the light assembly, checked ops, all units lights came on as designed."

Unit not filling with water. I found that the float was stuck causing the unit to think it had water when it doesnt. I fixed float switch position in holder. Tested unit. All tests good.

"On arrival found unit unplugged from power yet water line was still attached.Water valve located behind the refrigerator was sieved in place and handle was bent took quick pic. Turned water feed off @ main valve outside the home. Turned on water faucet @ kitchen sink.Plugged in unit and ram water dispenser until water no longer came from dispenser.Upon loosening water line connection @ ref still have water pressure back feeding from plumbing. Used line lock pliers on waterline to stop water flowRemoved old unit from home.(Old unit has sealed system issue) Installed new unit into kitchen, attached water line to unit. Turned on water pressure @ main and purged air from water dispenser. Ops as designed and have no leaks @ water line connection took quick pic.Unit is cooling as designed advised to wait 24 hrs for operating temps. Job complete"

"Found a burnt power supply board, Power not being shut off at the refrigerator power switch behind the panel before cutting power at the breaker will cause any control board to short, this is to protect the sensitive electronics from electrical surges that may occur during start up. Circuit breakers are designed to trip open if too much current in amps is drawn from the power source by the electrical components or a short circuit downstream of the circuit breaker. No circuit breaker or GFCI is in line to the refrigerator. Installed the control and power boards. Temperature controls are functioning and the compressor is running. Advised the customer to allow 24 hours for refrigerator temperatures to reach desired level. Attached payment previously collected. Did not have to pull out the refrigerator."
