Unfortunately my dishwasher failed on Christmas Eve, which is a popular time for appliance failures. Scheduling the serviceman was postponed due to high volume of calls, which was frustrating as hand washing dishes is no fun. Once on site, James was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He diagnosed the issue quickly and ordered the part. A week later the dishwasher was up and running. Overall, good service from a good company. 3 stars for convenience as our original appointment was postponed.

Was scheduled originally for the technician to come between 3-5pm. I was home waiting but was leaving to go out of town after 5 that day. Technician did not arrive by 5pm. I called told them I had to leave and re-scheduled for the next week. Waited that day but tech did not show up. Called again, they had not scheduled the tech at all. Made a third appointment. Tech did show up as scheduled. I was not able to be there but my 19 yr old son was. Tech fixed the wheels on the tray that had fallen off, but did not replace the other wheels even though they were worn just as bad and some had fallen off and I had put in a screw to temporarily hold them in place. He should have replaced all the wheels.

My home warranty contracted Appliance Repair Services for my washing machine. The first repair was completely unnecessary as it did not fix the issue and was an expensive non-fix at that. My washing machine was not even put back together properly, only when the repairman came back out to finish putting my machine back together properly was another problem found, the actual issue to begin with. Another appointment had to be made, which is completely understandable. My appointment was scheduled for 2/2/19 between 12pm and 3pm, it is past 4pm and no sign of a repairman. Really frustrated and just want my washing machine fixed as my home warranty already paid for it.

Billy was great. The office on the other hand was very confused about the date and time of service. Had to call and was told service has been rescheduled due to ordering a part but no one had even looked at the dishwasher yet so I was confused how they knew what part to order. As soon as I got off the phone and the doorbell rang and Billy was there ready to services our dishwasher. He replaced a part which he had and was on his way. Did a great job.Dishwasher works fine now.

Our service technician was competent but a bit grumpy... and understandably so! There were supposed to be TWO technicians coming out to my house, but only one showed up. (Not his fault.) After I overheard a conversation in which he was planning to leave in 15 minutes if the other technician didn't arrive, I was very upset. All of my food was crammed into 2 mini refrigerators. Luckily, my husband was able to lend a hand and the two of them got the job done. You guys should have come out for the first scheduled appointment to find out was really wrong... instead of ordering a part before even looking... and then needing to order another part... and then not sending out both needed technicians.

The gentleman that came was very nice and pleasant to deal with. Professional and clean. The problem, however, ended up not being mitigated and I now need to put in another service request for his return. I called the store number within 15 min of him leaving to advise it was not repaired yet I was put on hold for 20 min and no one ever came to the line to speak with me.

Waste of time- do not recommend

Since this is under warranty through Home Depot we did not have any options for the repair service . Raymond has been out 3 times to attempt to repair and we are still out of service pushing us into over 1 month without a washer . We waited for a long time to get a bearing from the manufacture and when he came to compete the repair he said he lost a piece not part of the initial repair and it went flying out and he couldn’t find it and he would need to order another piece and will be back out in a few weeks . I checked on my own and found it immediately in the tub of the washer??? I have pictures to prove it. So the issue is something else and he is giving us the run around. Wasting our time . If you can’t fix you should be honest it’s a better trait and not bold face lie to a customer .

Hi, I have a Kitchenaid gas range oven that I purchased 2 years ago when I was renovating my house but started using when I moved in a year ago. The oven malfunction a month ago with a code stating the cooling fan was running low. The serviceman came twice. The first time he told me he wasn't able to fix it bc it was a major issue and that whirlpool (Kitchenaid) didn't authorized full compensation so he would have to get full approval and scheduled for the following week. I wasn't sure if it was approved or not bc no one updated me, but he did come the following week and fixed the cooling fan. He was not that friendly.

Tech did not properly troubleshoot my dryer. I did my own troubleshooting after he left, and found the real problem. My gas line was bent, which did not allow enough gas to flow to the dryer. But was quoted a $500 fix it price for some part that I did not need.

They have very little respect for their customers and the fact that maybe we have jobs and aren't sitting around all day waiting for a repairman to come. They changed time of day for service the night before and they cannot call ahead of time to communicate what time they'll arrive. A computer will call to give a 30 minutes heads-up,but then they showed up an hour later. I find this to be completely unacceptable.

Found that because of this a majority of the wires that come from the cabinet to the back of this box had the insulation ground off exposing the internal conductors. If there are any spills, the dispenser leaks or any of these wires come in contact with each other or the chassis it is likely to take out the control. When I put on the new door the upper RH side of the FC door did not seal. Checked the cabinet and found it was not square. The difference between the twin cross measurements was off by about an inch. Tried adjusting the front stops but this made the unit unstable before it closed the gap. The old doors connection that goes through the hinge was damaged upon removal so the old door could not be reinstalled. I was able to get the door to seal by allowing slack in the upper hinge. Che

This is another repair on this unit I suggest replacement if unit keeps having issues due to prior history. Placed pulley back onto unit correctly and unit began to function as designed.
