"JB out 12/29/23.Customer states machine leaks, badly and drains water from washing machine directly onto garage floor. Upon arrival found installer had not installed tiedown strap to drain line allowing drain line to pop out of standing drain pipe behind washer and falling to floor. Properly installed tiedown strap on drain line. Please see attached quick pic photo photograph. This will prevent the drain line from popping out of drain pipe. Tested washing machine in normal operation verified correct fill, agitation, drain and spin functions. Verified drain hose is now secured. Recommend customer use only HE detergent (liquid or power) , and very small amounts. Typically one teaspoon maximum. Recommend AGAINST use of each he TURBO detergents as they are too highly concentrated for this low fill, efficiency designed washing machine no charge to customer. Job complete."

F0E5 present. Found a suspension rod was hanging loosely. I reinserted it into its bushing on the frame and tested spin. Threw several towels in and the unit ran great. No excessive noise. Unit is now working as designed.
