"Ran a washer clean cycle and watched the unit fill and noted a drip where hair was on the glass. Paused ,wiped down window and let the unit fill and spin to a volume high enough to be about 1 inch above the bottom of the door seal. Sudsy water covered the seal but I could not duplicate a leak. Called TID88083550 to see if they had any other tests. We checked all the water valves and watched for leaks at the dispenser. When the unit was filled to its max (in service mode) we ran a the recirculating pump and spun the unit. There were no leaks. Checked for faults and found a F2E2(suds) code. TID recommends having the customer reduce the amount of detergent and to clean the windows after use. They specifically said hair on the window will break the seal to the door so the unit will leak. Customer is adamant that the door popped open and paused the unit on at least 2 occasions. I am ordering a lock and strike.; ordrng 1 5304505088 (Strike) and 1 5304514774 (Door lock.)"

"Found after replacing the reservoir the ice maker is cycling and making ice. The water dispenser is now functioning however.
