Upon arrival inspected unit customer had a few complaints. One was at the water valve. dispensing ice fill ice tray was very loud. I ran it. It did seem kind of loud Not anything out of the ordinary Ran all fans and diagnostics no noise coming from that. I checked the water pressure to the house. The water pressure is over 120 psi should be more between 50 and 70 this could cause all his valves to be louder and eventually cause malfunctions both door handles were loose and falling off re-tightened set screws in all door handles advised customer to contact a plumber. Have a plumber come out and replace their regulator to lower water pressure. All operations are normal with this unit job complete.

"Upon arrival, unit green led was flashing at the bottom of the door indicating door switch failure. I checked the door switch at the top of the right hinge assembly and found the harness was disconnected from the small pcb. I reconnected and cycled power. Door switch is now functional and cooling will return to normal. I also fixed a poorly gasket around the door. There was a large air gap at the top of the unit. Used heat gun to correct crease in the gasket. Unit is now sealing properly."
