They found the tub completely leaning towards the back of the machine no longer hanging on suspension rods this caused severe damage to the unit. Unit will need an agitator basket, outer tub drive motor transmission, actuator capacitor gear case lower wire harness suspension tub ring basket hub transmission screws to try and repair. This unit contacted tech-support document with tech-support file number is above. We need at least a four job count. Both basket and outer tub are at least a month. Wait for those parts. Customer stated he was going to try and contact the supplier of where he purchased the unit to see if they will give him an exchange.
