"Upon arriving, I have opened the box with a new panel and did not find any SID number, so before installing the new panel I contacted Jenn Air connect and spoke with Bryant, whom after few questions and answers, realized that he couldnt help and transfer me to tech line and spoke with Andrew, he went through all the questions and I have answered them to the best of my knowledge, he couldnt help so he transferred me to connected team. I spoke with Amanda, questions proceeded, answers were given and didnt know what to do and placed me on hold again. 35 minutes later and I am not speaking with the right person or department yet. Finally Jody came on the line we had a little chat and at the end she promised that she will send a new UI panel and would make sure that QA will make sure that a SID number sticker is attached.
