Inspected unit for rinsing problems. Ran tests and found shifter had come out of the sprutch. Fixed and unit then past all tests. Also advised Customer to use deep water and fabric softener settings for better wash results. Job complete.

Further information from Customer was that the clear skin had popped off of door. I noticed that when it was put back on it was not in correct position. I reinstalled correctly and verified clips clicking. Two of the 10 clips were broken. Door skin is now attached and Customer approved repair. Job complete
